I hate you.

Marry me.

I want a divorce.

I'm pregnant.

Miscarriage.

I've said some of these phrases. Never said others. Experienced some of them or none of them. 

These were the first things that popped into my head when I read that writing prompt: what could happen in a second. This brain dump list poem unfolded in about 30 seconds.
